Job descriptionExperience in International Call & Domestic Call Handing 300 Hundred Per Day Speak Hindi & English. Generating the new business. Putting efforts towards achieving 100% targets. To deliver best and economical insurance products and services. Handling the escalations of team members. Maintain the call quality. To have good relationship including good rapport with existing and prospective clients. Well-planned strategies for Business Development to be pursued aggressive. Giving sound financial advisory services and customer support to the clients. To deal not only individuals but with their families and corporate businesses too Handling the escalations of team members. Verifying the leads & maintaining the conversion ration. Maintain the TAT for Open, Follow up & pending leads. Responsible for saving & updating all the recording with accurate details. Giving feedback on the leads, called on different locations.
