The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
