Key Responsibilities

Receive patient calls for appointments, inquiries, and information.

Conduct timely follow-up calls to ensure smooth communication.

Maintain call logs and generate accurate reports for internal use.

Eligibility Criteria

Education : Minimum qualification – Intermediate (12th)

Languages : Hindi and English

Other Skills : Good communication, basic computer knowledge

Job Details

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 CTC (based on interview performance)

Employment Type : Full-time

Joining : Immediate

Shift Hours : 9 Hours of Shift (Including Breaks)

6 Days Working.
