Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting and selling products or services, providing customer support, and maintaining customer relationships. The Telesales Specialist will also be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include updating customer databases, following up on leads, and providing training to new team members as required.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills

Strong Communication skills

Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets

Experience in Training and mentoring team members

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience in a telesales or related role is beneficial

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
