Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates looking to start their career in sales and customer service. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
