telecaller makes outgoing calls to prospective customers and answers incoming calls to promote products / services, generate leads, provide customer support, and resolve issues, maintaining accurate records and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include explaining product details, handling inquiries, documenting interactions, and collaborating with sales teams, all while requiring strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills to provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls : Initiate phone calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products or services.

Inbound Calls : Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints for customers who call in.

Lead Generation : Identify potential sales leads by gathering customer information and understanding their needs.

Sales & Persuasion : Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, often using scripts and product knowledge.

Customer Service : Offer solutions to customer queries and issues, ensuring a positive interaction and customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements in a CRM system.

Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or call volume.

Collaboration : Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
