Job Title : Business Development Executive (Franchise Sales & Investor Relations)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven  Business Development Executive  who  lives and breathes sales  and can turn opportunities into long-term collaborations. This role is  investor-focused  — you will be pitching, presenting, and closing franchise opportunities from our portfolio to potential investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new businesses that want to expand through franchising.
  • Actively reach out to investors interested in franchise opportunities.
  • Pitch and sell franchise models from our portfolio to prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with investors, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly business development targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and agreements.
  • Stay updated with franchise industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales / business development  (franchise sales experience preferred).
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Must be fluent in  English & Hindi  (mandatory for both Delhi & Chennai roles).
  • Understanding of franchise models and investor networks is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • 1–3 years of experience (freshers with exceptional sales drive may also apply).
