About Client :
A leading Education Institution.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents, explaining our courses and offerings.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Understand students' learning needs and recommend the best programs.
Handle objections and clarify doubts to convert leads into enrolments.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up schedules.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Requirements :
Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a strong competitive spirit.
Excellent communication skills in English and [regional languages preferred].
Confidence in handling calls and engaging with parents / students.
Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but fresher s with strong communication skills are welcome.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a willingness to learn.
