Sales & Business Development Executive – Innotrat Labs

About Us :

Innotrat Labs is a fast-growing tech startup working on embedded systems, IoT, AI, and EdTech. With innovative products like InnoView, Innofab, Innomart, Eureka, and our E-Learning platform , we are shaping how users build and learn embedded technologies.

The Role :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and generate revenue across both hardware and software solutions. If you're passionate about technology and sales, this role is for you!

What You'll Do :

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).
  • Meet clients, schools, colleges, and tech communities to pitch our products.
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collect feedback and market insights to support product development.
  • Represent Innotrat at events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology sector (hardware and / or software).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C sales strategies.
  • A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Chennai for sales visits.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, or educational technology is a strong advantage.
