About the Role :
We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence. You'll identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships, and drive growth through strategic partnerships and tailored advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients (digital, print, and integrated campaigns)
- Create impactful sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Understand client goals to offer customized marketing and advertising solutions
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams for seamless execution
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports
Requirements :
