Experienced in providing right matches through extensive searches. Good experience of working on portals like Monster, DICE, Corp-to-Corp.
Pre-screening the candidates and gauging ones communication and technical skills for the required project.
Maintaining Essential Databases for every submitted consultant including their availability times, contact information and project completion.
Hired consultants (US Citizens / Green Card Holders / Canadian Citizens / EAD&aposs / H1B&aposs) on different payroll basis including W2, C2C & 1099 Specialties.
Good Communication Skills.
Taking complete ownership of the deliveries assigned.
Can work to the expectations of the organization.
Can maintain cordial relationship with people.
