Job Description : Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the B2B IT Staff Augmentation domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, decision-makers, and hiring managers across industries.
- Generate qualified leads, create proposals, and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and drive account penetration within assigned geographies (Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram).
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
- Represent Organization at networking events, client meetings, and industry forums (with willingness to travel).
- Prepare and present business reviews and pipeline reports to leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8–17 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Consulting, Staff Augmentation, or Professional Services.Strong consultative selling background with a track record of generating new business in the B2B space.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to understand client requirements and map them with the right IT staffing solutions.Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers (preferred).Open to travel across locations for business meetings.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Skills Required
