Role Summary

You'll be the technical and domain bridge between Sales and Product, owning discovery, solution design, demos, and value cases that convert complex HR requirements into clear, winnable proposals. You'll shape deals, craft architectures, and prove value through prototypes / POCs.

What you will do

Discovery & Solution Design

o  Lead stakeholder workshops to map As Is to To Be HR processes

o  Translate functional, security, and compliance needs into solution designs and SoW-ready scopes.

Demo & Value Story

o  Build and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts.

o  Craft crisp narratives / slideware for C-suite, HR leaders, and IT.

Proposal & RFP Ownership

o  Drive RFP / RFI responses end-to-end : requirements traceability, win themes, differentiators vs. legacy suites, risk / assumption logs, and pricing options.

POC Governance

o  Plan and run time-boxed POCs : success criteria, test data, acceptance checkpoints, and executive readouts.

Field Feedback to Product

o  Feed structured signals back to Product for roadmap and accelerators.

Competitive Positioning

o  Maintain current battlecards (e.g., vs. Oracle / Workday / SuccessFactors) and objection handling.

What you'll bring

  • 2–4 years in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering for HR Tech / SaaS (startup or scale-up experience a plus).
  • Hands-on knowledge of HR processes.
  • Storytelling & facilitation excellence : turn discovery into crisp problem to solution to outcome narratives
  • Excellent skills in spoken and written English

Working model

  • 5 days Work From Office in Gurgaon
  • Up to 10% travel for client meetings
