Solutions Consultant - Presales Purpose of the role :

We are hiring a dynamic and technically sound Solutions Consultant - Presales to join our presales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales cycle by understanding enterprise client business challenges and mapping them to Vinculum's solutions across Vin OMS, WMS, PIM, Reco, and Marketplace Stack. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to create value-driven solutions that align with customer expectations and business goals.

Duties & & Technical Consultation :

• Analyze customer requirements and business processes across retail, D2C, B2B, and marketplace commerce models.
• Craft tailored solution proposals leveraging Vinculum's full product suite - Vin OMS, WMS, PIM, Reco, and Marketplace Stack.
• Design functional architecture, workflows, and integration blueprints for client-specific use cases.
