Business Solutions Architect - Presales
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our growing pre-sales team. In this role, we will leverage your technical expertise and experience to translate customer needs into innovative solutions. You will work collaboratively with sales and technology competency teams to develop and deliver impactful proposals and presentations, and guide customers through complex technical challenges. This position is based in the National Capital Region (NCR), India.
Mandatory Skills
Partner with Account Executives and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with internal technology competency teams to design and architect comprehensive technical solutions that align with client business objectives and ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer needs.
Good understanding of Managed Services offering for Run and Transform, including new operating model, AI-led Automation, new emerging GCCs model and pricing strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
