Presales Tech Consultant / Solution Architect - Storage Solution Design

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Architect Solutions : Develop and architect server and storage solutions using Supermicro, Infortrend, DDN Tintri, VAST Data, Cloudian, and Tandberg Tape Library products for enterprise-level customers.
• Technical Pre-sales Support : Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the pre-sales process. Conduct technical workshops, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC) to demonstrate the value of solutions.
• Solution Implementation : Lead the deployment, installation, configuration, and optimization of storage and server solutions. Oversee project execution to ensure it aligns with customer needs and company standards.
• Customer Engagement : Collaborate with customers to evaluate their existing infrastructure, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend storage and backup solutions that optimize their operations.
• Capacity Planning and Performance Tuning : Analyze workloads and recommend suitable server and storage infrastructure to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and project reports.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer : Provide training to internal teams, partners, and customers on the products and solutions being implemented.
• Technology Awareness : Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in storage and server technology, including trends in HPC, hybrid cloud, and backup solutions, ensuring the company offers innovative solutions to clients.
