Job description

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in solution design and delivery who is now ready to transition into a presales leadership role. This position is ideal for individuals with experience working with large enterprises and global customers, especially in the US Public Sector, and who are passionate about crafting winning solutions and strategies.

Key & Solutioning :

  • Lead and contribute to RFP / RFI responses for US Public Sector and global enterprise clients.
  • Design and articulate end-to-end technical solutions across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to define solution architecture, technical approach, and effort estimation.
  • Develop and present solution proposals, technical write-ups, value propositions, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Create and manage compliance matrices, response templates, and pricing models.
  • Participate in client presentations, technical discussions, and orals to defend and promote proposed solutions.
  • Support bid defense, contract negotiations, and transition planning.

Delivery & Technical Expertise :

  • Leverage deep knowledge in .NET, Java, SQL, and testing frameworks to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
  • Apply knowledge of large and complex system design to address client-specific challenges.
  • Ensure alignment of proposed solutions with delivery capabilities, SLAs, and cost models.
  • Contribute to effort estimation frameworks, resource planning, and risk assessments.

    • Collaboration & Enablement :

  • Work closely with delivery leads, domain experts, and technical architects to validate solution components.
  • Mentor junior team members and support presales enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain a repository of solution assets, case studies, and best practices.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in Presales solutioning, delivery leadership etc.
  • Strong understanding of application development, database design, and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of .NET, Java, SQL, and testing methodologies.
  • Proven ability to write technical solutions, approach documents, and effort estimates.
  • Proficiency in RFP response creation, pricing strategy, and proposal management.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients and US Public Sector procurement processes.
