Role Overview :
As a Business Development Manager - Digital Sales, you will spearhead client acquisition and retention efforts, manage the entire sales cycle for Realatte's digital products and services, and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. This role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end business development and sales pipeline for digital marketing solutions.
- Acquire new clients and retain existing clients by building strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements and tailor digital marketing offerings to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications in CRM software.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications & Skills :
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within Digital Media, Ad Tech, or SaaS sectors.Strong familiarity with Digital Media channels including Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Analytics.Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and CRM software.Real Estate sales and marketing experience is a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
