Position Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join our team.
This role is pivotal in driving our growth initiatives within the US insurance market.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in outbound and international sales, particularly in B2B consulting services.
Your expertise in cold calling and lead generation will be essential in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, ultimately contributing to our success in the Develop and Implement Strategies : Create and execute business development strategies aimed at achieving company goals and financial targets.
Skills and Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in business development or sales, with a strong focus on outbound and international sales.
Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
