Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager (Mid-Level) to drive business growth across global markets. The role involves engaging with senior CXOs and decision-makers, understanding organizational challenges, and positioning peopleHum as the strategic solution. This is a digital-first, consultative sales rolenot a door-to-door sales functionfocused on building long-term partnerships and achieving measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a region / channel / segment for direct sales and lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and engage with key customer segments and corporate decision-makers globally.
- Articulate product capabilities and align solutions with customer business needs.
- Drive the full sales cycle : solutioning, proposal building, negotiations, contract finalization, and closure.
- Use market intelligence to influence sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, ensuring consistent and value-driven engagement.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Provide concise, accurate internal and external communications to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth of people Hums digital B2B products across 186+ countries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 4 - 7 years in B2B digital / enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or related domains.Proven ability to work with CXOs, senior leaders, and global decision-makers.Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and solutioning skills.Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills with high EQ.Ability to work with data, numbers, and metrics in a target-driven environment.Experience leading or mentoring sales teams is preferred.Cultural adaptability and confidence to engage with global customers.(ref : iimjobs.com)
