Primary Responsibilities :
Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness.Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology.Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects.Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform.Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.Basic Qualifications :
8+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience.3+ years of experience leading business process design workshops to elicit client requirements.8+ years ITSM experience.8+ years HRSD experience.8+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD).Preferred Qualifications :
