Job Title : ServiceNow Platform Solution Consultant.

Location : Pan India.

Experience : 8+ yrs.

Job Type : Contract to hire.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners.

Mandatory Skills : Certificates if any CSA, CAD, CIS

Primary Responsibilities :

• Work closely with our clients to determine strategies for increased solutions adoption and organizational readiness.
• Leading functional discovery and process workshops and working sessions leveraging the NTT methodology.
• Defining industry and client specific business process solutions while identifying opportunities and advising on all things business process related to ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Furthering your ServiceNow Expertise by developing knowledge on multiple practices within the ServiceNow platform.
• Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with Integration between the modules.

Basic Qualifications :

Preferred Qualifications : ITIL Foundations
