Job description8+ years in enterprise software architecture, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow. 3+ years hands-on experience with AI / ML solutions, preferably within ServiceNow (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Assist). Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript scripting, integrations (REST / SOAP), and CSDM data models. Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow native features and integrations with external AI / ML tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI / ML use cases and define success metrics.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and follow MLOps best practices for managing ML models.
- Ensure scalable and secure platform designs, following CSDM and ServiceNow best practices.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems through APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Act as a trusted advisor for executives and process owners, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Mentor development teams and guide them on AI and ServiceNow advancements.
