ServiceNow Architect - HRSD Module

Role : ServiceNow Architect HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Location : Remote

Experience : 6- 9 Years

Note : UAN is the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect (HRSD) to lead solution design, integrations with Workday, and ensure scalable implementations following ServiceNow best practices. The role requires

strong HRSD expertise, stakeholder management, and technical Responsibilities :

• Architect and design end-to-end HRSD solutions on ServiceNow.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Lead HRSD module configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Build and maintain WorkdayServiceNow integrations.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Guide development teams and perform code / configuration reviews.
• Deliver solution documentation (architecture diagrams, release notes, Skills :
• ServiceNow HRSD Expertise : Proven implementation experience (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center).
• CISHRSD Certification : Mandatory.
• Workday Integration : Strong experience integrating Workday with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Architecture Skills : Ability to design secure and scalable ServiceNow HRSD architectures.
• Platform Knowledge : JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST / SOAP APIs.
• Leadership : Experience guiding teams and ensuring design best practices.
• Communication : Strong collaboration with HR, IT, and business Skills :
• Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM modules.
• Experience in global HRSD rollouts.
• Additional certifications : CISITSM, CAD, CTA
