ServiceNow Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD
• Develop and configure core ServiceNow components such as Portals, Employee Center, and custom applications
• Architect and implement complex integrations using APIs, plugins, and orchestration workflows
• Design and maintain CMDB using CDM and CSDM frameworks for improved data modeling and governance
• Oversee ServiceNow platform upgrades and work collaboratively in multi-vendor environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure best practices and ServiceNow standards are followed throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Mentor and guide development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow roadmap, new features, and emerging technologies
