Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 620 years of experience, specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Architecture (EA), IT Business Management (ITBM), and Application Portfolio Management (APM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on delivering business value through process automation and service integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on SPM, EA, ITBM, and APM modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Customize existing applications and develop new modules using ServiceNow best practices.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and performance analytics within the platform.
• Ensure platform integrity through effective change management, testing, and documentation.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs and MID servers.
• Provide support for platform upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and user experience.
