Roles & Responsibilities :
As part of the ServiceNow Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving solution design and development on ServiceNow platforms.
- Align business requirements with ServiceNow capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide product knowledge and solution expertise across ServiceNow modules such as : GRC, ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, BCM, HRSD, Core Platform
- Ensure compliance with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards.
- Lead senior-level communications, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Manage conflicts constructively while maintaining positive outcomes.
- Contribute to product management, solution design, and agile delivery practices.
- Support business process consulting, demand management, and service optimization.
- Demonstrate business acumen in a global network operating model.
- Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and & Experience :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Designer / Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow products / modules.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and project delivery.
- Business process design and consulting experience (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement Specifications :
