Role Overview

As the Manager – Brand Alliances & Partnerships at Trending Alive , you will be at the forefront of driving new business and revenue opportunities through high-impact brand collaborations and strategic partnerships. This is a target-driven role that requires a strong understanding of the brand ecosystem, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven track record in business development within the agency, media buying, or digital content space . You will play a pivotal role in identifying and closing new business opportunities across categories to fuel the next phase of growth at Trending Alive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and convert new brand partnerships, media alliances, and revenue opportunities
  • Build and pitch strategic solutions tailored to client needs using Trending Alive's 360° service suite (Digital, Influencer Marketing, Events, Celebrity, Activations)
  • Drive the entire partnership cycle : prospecting, pitching, pricing, proposal writing, negotiation, and closure
  • Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets through consistent business development efforts
  • Leverage your agency / media buying / digital content experience to build strong relationships with brand managers, media planners, and marketing heads
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and production teams to craft compelling partnership narratives
  • Continuously track market trends, competitor moves, and emerging brand collaboration formats
  • Represent Trending Alive in industry interactions, client meetings, and pitch presentations
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on KPIs using CRM and dashboards

Who You Are

  • A go-getter with 4–8 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or partnerships roles in a marketing agency , media agency , or digital content setup
  • Proven success in achieving business development or sales targets, preferably in the media buying , brand partnerships , or content monetization space
  • Strong industry network with brands, agencies, and media planners, especially across lifestyle, FMCG, fashion, tech, and youth-centric categories
  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with travel as needed
