  • BigCity is seeking a dynamic and result driven Manager - National Alliances & Partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing high-value deals across sectors like Retail, Fitness, Wellness, Travel, Entertainment, and more.
  • This role demands a strong ability to meet and exceed aggressive targets while managing end-to-end alliance development.
  • The position requires proactive outreach, relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value-driven offers and support campaigns.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Identify, approach, and secure alliances with national brands across sectors like Retail, Electronics, Apparel, F&B, Hotels, etc.
    • Execute partnership strategies aligned with campaign requirements and client goals.
    • Support relationship-building, negotiation, and finalization of offer contracts.
    • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify partnership opportunities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, execution, and documentation.
    • Contribute to content and material development and dissemination in support of outreach, offer sourcing and engagement.
    • Draft agendas, presentation materials, compilation reports, and other internal documents.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

    • Number of new alliances secured with national brands across sectors such as Retail, Electronics, Apparel, F&B, and Hospitality etc.
    • Retention and renewal rate of existing partners.
    • Successful negotiation and closure of partnership contracts.
    • Contribution to overall campaign performance through strategic partner integration.
    • Efficiency in coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign planning, execution, and partner deliverables.
    • Quality and timeliness of content, outreach material, and partner engagement tools created.

    • Proven ability to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

    • Resilient under pressure, with the ability to build strong relationships and maintain focus on achieving results.
    • Strong interpersonal skills; an attentive and focused listener with the ability to build meaningful professional relationships.

    • High level of organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Proven track record in deal closure and offer negotiations; experience in a corporate or agency environment is a strong advantage.
    • Qualifications & Skills :

    • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Alliances & Partnerships or B2B Sales, preferably with strong brand connections within the Partnerships and Marketing Role in sectors like Retail, F&B, FMCD, Travel, etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches and proposals.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
    • Proven success in pitching to and closing deals with senior stakeholders such as CEOs, Business Heads, Marketing Heads, and other decision-makers.
