Role Overview :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of branding strategies for Maa Homes and its projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in communication or creative agencies, with the ability to guide design and content teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies for the company and its real estate projects.
- Work closely with the creative, digital, and content teams to ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals including brochures, social media content, site branding, and campaign assets.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms digital, print, and on-site.
- Manage project-wise branding from naming to launch campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to keep branding strategies relevant and differentiated.
- Support the sales and marketing team with branding inputs for lead generation and customer engagement.
Skills Required :
