Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in handling various non-IT roles, and the ability to manage clients as well as candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across different industries.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with the team to meet client requirements and achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
