Compunnel Recruiting team is responsible for sourcing and hiring great talent working on specialized Engineering positions with our esteemed clients. We're looking for someone that loves to think outside the box about new ways to attract and recruit top talent. Must have worked for a high-volume engineering client based in USA

Qualifications and Skills :

• 1 yr to 5 yrs of full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, Electronics or automotive Industry.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
• Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor degree in technical field
