We're on the lookout for a  proactive and driven IT Recruiter  who has hands-on experience in  Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring  and can hit the ground running.

What You'll Do :

• Lead  end-to-end recruitment  for C2H roles in the IT domain.
• Use your sourcing skills to find top candidates via  job portals, LinkedIn, social media , and internal databases.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist  candidates effectively based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews  with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain a  strong candidate pipeline  and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Foster lasting relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
