A Recruiter for Non-IT roles responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talent for positions . They collaborate with hiring managers, develop job descriptions, source candidates through various channels, conduct interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Understand staffing needs and requirements for non-IT roles.
- Develop Job Descriptions : Create accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
- Source Candidates : Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and databases.
- Screen and Interview Candidates : Evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Assess and Evaluate : Assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Manage Recruitment Process : Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
- Track and Report : Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Build Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant employment legislation.
