Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based non-IT positions across various functions such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Facilitate candidate offer process, including salary negotiation and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment status in ATS.
- Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment campaigns or job fairs as needed.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in recruiting for non-IT roles, especially for US-based clients.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Familiarity with US employment practices and work authorization requirements.Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS systems.Skills Required
