Develop Recruitment Strategies :
- Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage Recruitment Process
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.Candidate Experience :
