Tata Tele Business Services is looking for Partner Manager- Acquisition to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

  • Partnership Development : Identify, evaluate, and initiate potential partnerships with external organizations, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Develop a deep understanding of their needs and goals
  • Negotiation : Lead negotiations to establish partnership terms, including agreements on collaboration, financial terms, and performance metrics
  • Ensure that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with the company's objectives
  • Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Serve as the main point of contact, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive partner experience
  • Strategy Development : Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership strategies that support business goals
  • Provide input on marketing, sales, and product strategies to maximize the impact of partnerships
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across the organization, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to coordinate partnership activities and ensure seamless execution
  • Performance Monitoring : Develop and implement systems to monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all partnerships comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to partnerships
