Job Title : Senior Human Resource Manager

About Role :
Pintola is looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions across our manufacturing and corporate setup . The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and people management to ensure smooth operations, talent development, and a positive work culture.
Key Responsibility :
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage talent acquisition for manufacturing units and corporate teams – sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the right talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company values and labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
- Drive initiatives to reduce attrition and enhance retention through engagement and recognition programs.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.) for both corporate and plant locations.
- Support training & development programs to upgrade employee skills.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees , fostering a healthy and productive work environment.
- Maintain HRMIS records, analyze HR data, and prepare reports for management.
Requirements :
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.3–4 years of HR experience in a mix of manufacturing and corporate sectors .Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR practices (from hiring to exit).Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance .Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Pintola Culture :
