- Manpower Requirement Understanding : Ability to comprehend the needs of various business stakeholders.
- End-to-End Hiring Process : Capability to manage the entire hiring process independently.
- Candidate Sourcing : Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri.
- Interview Coordination : Responsibility for coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling.
- Experience with ORACLE - HIRING Module : This would be an added advantage.
- ATS Platforms : Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- TA Compliance : Ensuring compliance with TA processes such as psychometric assessments, pre-employment medical tests, background verification, and reference checks.
- Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate with candidates.
- Compensation and Benefits : Understanding of C&B to offer the best value propositions to candidates.
- Adaptability and Outcome Orientation : Ability to tackle challenges and focus on outcomes.
