Position Summary :

Sikich is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions while contributing to the overall success of recruitment processes.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

  • Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source potential candidates.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates&apos qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status.
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate and support interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support efforts to promote the company's culture and values through social media and recruitment campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as recruitment drive or campus hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hiring policies.

Requirements for Successful Candidate :

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
