Job description

We're looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Associate - Ahmedabad (On-site) to help us find and hire top tech talent.

Requirements

What You'll Do :

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (Developers, QA, DevOps, Designers, etc.)
Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, Zoho Recruit , Hirist and referrals
Conduct screenings & coordinate interviews
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

What We're Looking For :

1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment

Strong understanding of tech roles & tools like LinkedIn , Zoho Recruiter , Hirist & Naukri

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Location : Ahmedabad, India (On-site)

Hours : 11 AM – 8 PM IST, Mon–Fri
