Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Identify and target potential customers, including enterprises, SMBs, and government agencies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and new market segments.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and ensure alignment with their cybersecurity goals.Product Knowledge and Presentation :
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's cybersecurity products and services.Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, including brochures, case studies, and white papers.Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years and above of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.Skills Required
