Key Responsibilities
o Identify, target, and acquire new clients for LCL export services.
o Develop trade lanes and partnerships with overseas agents, consolidators, and NVOCCs.
o Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for LCL volumes and revenue.
o Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
o Provide customers with optimal solutions for LCL movements, balancing cost and transit time.
o Handle rate negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
o Work closely with operations to introduce new LCL services and trade lanes.
o Collaborate with overseas partners to build reciprocal business.
o Maintain a sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
Support marketing efforts for LCL promotions and campaigns
