- Incumbent will be responsible for the sales in the assigned region specified by the company.
- Responsible for entering new geographies, appointment of distributors as per agreed business model.
- To plan launch of new products in new and existing stores and territories being managed.
- Ensuring retail stores opening and expansion for all products, along with the support of the sales team as per plan.
- To ensure regular servicing of all retail outlets planned in assigned territories.
- Sales forecasting and achievement of volume targets agreed to, as per the Annual Operating Plan.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and help execute trade activation programs.
- Ensure timely registration of customer complaint after personal verification and reimbursement of claim to retailers.
- Lead, supervise and train the sales team by guiding and coaching them to grow and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure daily tracking of sales of all team members versus targets achieved and take appropriate actions where necessary.
- Track competitor activity on a continuous basis and take necessary action to counter competitor strategies to increase market share.Skills Required :
- Degree with MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in FMCG products. Knowledge of local market important.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others.
