Area Business Manager Area Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of Medical Representatives, and ensuring effective coverage of the assigned territory.
The role requires strong expertise in Pediatrics, Gynecology, or Nutrition segments, with the ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and channel Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets and growth objectives for the assigned area.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement effective territory business plans to drive prescription generation.
- Establish strong relationships with Pediatricians, Gynecologists, Nutritionists, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and suggest strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, reporting systems, and industry regulations.
- Organize CMEs, RTMs, and other scientific engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide timely reports on sales performance, market insights, and team Candidate Graduate in Science / Pharmacy. MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Experience : 5 to 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 to 3 years in a first-line managerial role.
Specialization : Exposure to Pediatrics, Gynecology, or Nutrition therapeutic segments is a must.
