Main Responsibilities
- Increase sales volumes, achieve, and possibly overachieve the sales targets on his / her territory in respect of Revvity strategy.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address enduser needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.

Channel & Reseller DevelopmentIdentify, onboard, and manage resellers, VARs, and regional partners to drive indirect sales.Create and implement partner enablement programs, sales training, and co-marketing initiatives.Track partner KPIs and ensure consistent sales performance and revenue growth.Strategic Government PartnershipsEngage with public sector stakeholders, R&D institutions, and government bodies to drive adoption of Signals software in national digital and scientific programs.Lead proposal and tender processes, coordinate compliance, and manage long-term strategic alliances.Academic & Incubation Center EngagementEstablish partnerships with universities, research centers, and biotech incubators to integrate Revvity's platforms into research workflows and early-stage ventures.Promote academic licensing models and innovation collaborations.Market DevelopmentLead regional business development efforts across India and neighbouring countriesBuild and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs and regulatory environments.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.7+ years of experience in business development, partner / channel management, or enterprise software sales—preferably in scientific or life sciences domains.Strong understanding of informatics, digital R&D, or SaaS-based platforms in pharma, biotech, or academic research.Proven track record of building channel ecosystems and managing strategic partnerships.Experience working with government or public-sector clients is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel regionally and internationally ( : 25%).Skills Required
