class digital affordability coverage and conversion for our merchants and brand customers.
To power the next phase of Flexmoney’s growth we have expanded our platform capabilities
dramatically. In addition to our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform, InstaCredTM 360,
Flexmoney’s NEW omni-channel Affordability Suite now enables sales associate-assisted
affordability journeys across all channels - in-store, via tele-callers and also for
face-to-face agent sales. The InstaCredTM 360 Affordability Suite will enable Flexmoney to
deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as
Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc.
Job Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated senior Sales and Partnership Leader who will lead Sales,
Partnerships and Key Account Management for Merchants and Commerce partners for the
next phase of growth. This person will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Sales function
for the merchant business – this includes direct sales of our Universal Affordability Platform
solution to specific accounts (merchants and marketplaces), vertical specific GTMs and
adoption across multiple commerce segments and driving successful licensing partnerships
with key aggregators (PG, POS and QR) and other commerce partners.
In addition to direct sales, this person will be responsible for relationship management and
revenue growth of key accounts and laying out and executing on a clear go to market strategy
involving a combination of direct enterprise sales to key accounts alongside vertical solutions
and licensing-based distribution partnerships of the Universal Affordability Platform.
Finally, this person will be responsible for setting and meeting aggressive sales targets as well
as managing and growing monetization of key accounts and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Excellent Network and connects in the relevant target corporate customers :
Hunting is a critical role requirement. We expect you to have deep connects with the
decision makers in the relevant business verticals and corporates which is critical to
getting entry, negotiating commercials and closing the deal with the prospective corporate
customers.
2. Market Mapping, Sales Strategy and Plan Creation & Execution : We expect you to
be able to segment the market landscape to create the appropriate sales strategy,
business plan and revenue targets for merchant adoption and monetization across all
segments, and successfully execute on the same with your team.
3. Have a Pulse of the Market and Rapidly Identify New Opportunities : You and your
team will be our eyes and ears in the market as we create this new category of Universal
Affordability. We expect you to have your finger on the pulse of the market across various
customer segments and to spot new opportunities and gaps in the market and that we
can develop new products and solutions for
4. Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts : Successfully drive sales and monetization
of Flexmoney’s UMAP platform across key enterprise accounts and segments as defined
by the sales strategy. This will require successfully navigating large enterprise accounts
to drive to closure
5. Build a High-Performance Sales Team & Culture : Your role as a Sales Leader will be
to attract and build a high performance, metrics driven sales team and culture, that sets
aggressive sales targets and exceeds them, including attracting, recruiting, and incenting
high quality sales talent to the team. This also involves setting up the sales motion,
cadence and regular reporting and status updates of your business plan to internal
stakeholders (senior management and investors)
6. Set and Beat Aggressive Revenue and Sales Targets : You will own the business and
sales targets for merchant adoption, monetization and commerce distribution and be
responsible for achieving those targets in a methodical and predictable manner.
7. Identify and Close Distribution Licensing Partnerships : In addition to direct sales to
key accounts and segments, you will be responsible for identifying key partnerships,
negotiating commercials and driving them to go live with internal stakeholders.
8. Build and Deepen Strong Relationships with Key Accounts & Partners : We expect
you to develop strong relationships with C-level and senior executives in our partner
accounts and across the client / prospect networks of merchants and commerce partners
9. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Drive Successful GTM : You will be
responsible for driving successful GTM adoption in partnership with internal stakeholders
(product, engg, ops, customer success) to achieve your sales & revenue targets.
