Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key partners.Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and escalations.Strategic Planning :
Strategic Partnership Development :
Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize the channel partner program.Collaborate with partners on joint business plans to achieve mutual goals.Revenue Growth :
Drive revenue growth through collaborative sales and marketing initiatives with channel partners.Set and track revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Collaboration with Internal Teams :
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.Performance Analysis :
Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.Communication and Reporting :
