  • Conduct market research and due diligence to assess partnership opportunities.

Onboarding and Training :

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring a smooth integration into the partnership program.
  • Provide training and resources to empower partners for success.
  • Relationship Building :

  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Strategic Planning :

    Strategic Partnership Development :

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize the channel partner program.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint business plans to achieve mutual goals.
  • Revenue Growth :

  • Drive revenue growth through collaborative sales and marketing initiatives with channel partners.
  • Set and track revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams :

    Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align partner strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis :

  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Communication and Reporting :

    Communication :

  • Keep partners informed about product updates, promotions, and any relevant changes.
  • Provide regular communication regarding market trends and industry updates.
  • Reporting :

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership performance, revenue generation, and key metrics.
  • Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
