- 5 days working || 1pm-10pm (9 hrs Work window) || Monday -Friday
- Recruiter focused on lateral hiring should emphasize the candidate's ability to source and attract experienced professionals from other organizations to fill specific roles
- End to End Recruitment,
- Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for Leadership Hiring Support, and BPO Functions hiring which includes multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary and level benchmarking.
- Hiring experienced candidates across different , Recruiting for multiple Accounts for BPO Industry.
- Worked on Operations hiring, BPO hiring, Operations based hiring positions with great turnaround and closure time.
- Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards, Social Networking sites, Employee Referral, Job Postings and other networks. Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate.
- Coordinated with Technical Panel for all Technical interviews and Client interviews.
- Responsible for initiating background verification checks, medical checks, offer management, stakeholder management.
- Experience with high volume recruiting of a variety of generic roles
- Successfully managed Offshore Ramp-up hiring across PAN India for KYC
- Portals used for Sourcing : Naukri.com, Monster, LinkedIn
