Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Senior HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs, and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates through ongoing networking. The Senior HR Recruiter will also ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Skilled in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
