Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

Use various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, social media, etc.) to proactively identify and engage top talent.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs across corporate functions.

Screen and assess candidate profiles to determine alignment with job requirements.

Craft engaging outreach messages and develop talent engagement strategies to improve response rates.

Conduct initial candidate interactions to assess interest, availability, and cultural fit.

Maintain accurate data and regular reporting in the Darwinbox.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and talent mapping.

Support employer branding initiatives as needed to attract top talent.
